What are you supposed to say when someone coughs?

Well when someone sneezes you’re apparently supposed to say bless you or whatever. I feel bad because I don’t say anything when people cough. Coughs are also way worse than sneezes. Sneezes feel amazing. Coughs hurt

What do I say tho????

It’s okay to say absolutely nothing.
Except for when they’re coughing without covering their mouths
THEN, you scream crazily at them, for covering you in germs and spittle!

    You don’t have to say anything. It’s not expected. If the person coughs really bad or for a long time, just offer a cough drop, a mint, or to make them some tea.

    I don’t think a response is required to a cough, unless you want to offer them a throat lozenge.
