He has gone to the doctor and has been treated for broncitis twice. He was given the treatment for broncitis, an inhaler and some pills to stop the coughing. Today was the worse day of all because he coughed none stop for almost 2 hours.
one thing which i always do is…drink a hot water (with ginger, turmeric, salt) before sleep. and plenty of good night sleep.

04.October, 2009 um 4:36 amIf your husband isn’t a smoker and if he doesn’t regularly work around dust or chemical irritants, then it might be a good idea for him to see a pulmonary specialist and possibly get a chest x-ray. Bronchitis is often persistent, but it’s a little unusual for bronchitis to last this long unless there is some other underlying problem. Sometimes steroids are given to stop the irritation.

as per my opinion your husband is now a patient of chronic bronchitis as of he had already suffered from the same twice and he is still doing the same with that,
but at present he is in acute phase,
