Why do some women start to cough when i am around?

I feel like the coughs are fake when these women do it. I am 29 yr old average lookin guy. And the 3 women that i notice do it are all over 50 yrs old and no they are not sick they are perfectly healthy. It just seems that they cough alot trying to give me a sign or something that im sick or gay. They probly think im gay cos i dont have a gf. Can anyone explain why the coughing?

    How is your hygene???do you stink? do you bathe or shower with hot water and soap???Dude I’m being deadly serious right now, I’ve met and had the unfortunate experience of having to work with people who had poor Hygene and smell like Hot Garbage! and they never seem to get the hint no matter how many people make comments about how they smell like the inside of a dead dogs ass, loud enough so that they can hear them. ? :/
