If one can get high from drinking cough syrup, can enough cough drops have the same effect?

You know that rumor (maybe a rumor I’m not sure) that one can get high from cough syrup, I’m curious to know if enough cough drops can have the same effect. I didn’t look up the ingridients for cough syrup prior to this question so forgive me if this sounds stupid.

No you can’t,and this is infact a stupid question.

    Nope, it’s the coedine that makes the syrup, I’m pretty sure that’s not in drops, maybe it is though, idk

    no, I think that you can only get high off cough syrup if it’s mixed with other things. and you definitely can’t get high off of cough drops. call me a traditionalist, but if you’re looking for a feel-fine, nothing does the trick like good old fashioned mary jane…
