how much hydrocodone is in a table spoon of hydrocodone cough syrup?

I got some hydrocodone cough syrup called ‘hydromet’ from my Doctor today. I am trying to figure out how many miligrams of hydrocodone is in a table spoon so I can get a better I idea of what dose will work best for me. I would like to take 5mg of hydrocodone at once, not less, not more. Any suggestions?

in one 5ml teaspoon of hydromet you will get 5mg of hydrocodone and 1.5mg of Homatropine and the latter will dry you up so don’t take more than you’re supposed to.

    Hydromet is a combination of narcotics and anticholinergic, this ratio is determined by the pharmacist. I recommend taking the amount prescribed, as doctors generally tend to know what they are doing.

    Beings as this is a prescription only drug you will not be able to find out your dosage without consulting a doctor or pharmacist, but they generally won’t answer your questions as hydrocodone is used as a recreational drug.
