I had phlegm stuck in my throat for two days, i need help, i just cant cough it up

It helps if you cough it up in the shower.

    It will help if you drink plenty of clear liquids, not carbonated ones. As much as you can with out feeling sick, everyday all day.

    well there is this medicine called mucinex and it works wonders for hard to cough up mucous its what they call an expectorant which helps you expell that stuff, also drink lots of water, and there is some cough syrupts that have the same effect as mucinex, but read the labels and it should say expectorant or something of that nature, thins and loosens secretions ect. well hope you can get rid of that! best of luck girl!
