some of your side effects such as the sweats and feeling hot could be due to cigarettes raising your blood pressure. the cough could definately be due to smoking as well, especially if you have allergies and/or asthma on top of smoking. the dark circles and paleness and dizziness sound like they could be an iron deficiency or other forms of malnutrition, but you would have to find out from your doctor. as for the bloody nose… not sure, but that could be iron related too. please get checked out, and please stop smoking (i just quit, again:) i know its tough but it puts so much stress on your body! best of luck!

None of us are doctors, and even if we were, we can not examine you, or do tests to determine what is causing these symptoms. Although it sounds like a viral infection, and not cancer to me, I respectfully suggest that you go see a real doctor, just for peace of mind.
How to do that; call your family doctor, if you have one & makean appointment. OR if you are in school, go to the school nurse or medical department, OR go to the local Free Clinic, OR go to any hospital emergency room. -they are open 24/7. If you don’t have cash, they will bill you. Pay it off however you can. The sooner this is diagnosed b y a real doctor, the sooner you can get treatment, and be healthy. Don ‘t put it off.

Go to the doctor. You could just have bronchitis/smokers cough and some vitamin deficiency? The night sweats could be hormones I guess but can also be a sign of a number of different cancers.
It is very rare for someone your age to get lung cancer of any kind and from smoking it usually takes more than a year for cancer to form and you to develop symptoms. I wouldn’t worry about lung cancer but I think you do have something going on could be really easy to fix though, just get an appointment with your doc. And quit smoking, or you will get lung cancer eventually.
