Coughing and puking after running can be a signal of one of many things. Two that come to mind are; 1) you’ve eaten too much before running or 2) You suffer from food and pollen allergies.
If, however, you experience any sort of tightness or in your chest or feel restriction in your breathing, like you can’t get enough air into your lungs within a few minutes of running, then yes, you probably have asthma. Either way, definitely something you need to address with your doctor.
What causes me to cough green phlegm?
10.March, 2010
i am tired of this crap, every year i would have this green phlegm in my throat and i have to cough it out and sneeze out my mucus. Sometime i would have to take antibiotic only if it lasted for 5 days or more.
what can i do to prevent this from happening because it ruins my whole week every single year.
this happens to me to. its usually a respiratory infection. if you start exercising and drink alot of water and take multivitamins it should make you over all healthier and prevent that from happening or at least make your sick time shorter

04.March, 2010
I’ve caught a cold ! I don’t have a runny nose but I have mucus in the nose that is clogged by a stuffy nose. I also have a dry cough that bothers me alot. Salt water gargles, Lemon & honey, i"ve heard of those before. Any of you have any ideas that will work fast ? 10 points for best answer because i’m dying for a good answer. Thanks in advance (=
the only real remedy, besides home remedies, is medicine.
try some over-the-counter medicine, like tylenol, advil, motrin, ect.
you’ll be better within a week, most likely, unless its something more serious causing it. i would go to the doctors, just incase you need an antibiotic for it.
sorry, wish i could give you a better answer
